SANTA FE SPRINGS, CA -- Sole Alcaino-Toms has been appointed to the position of training manager at Aqua Mix Inc., based in California. Alcaino-Toms will be responsible for the Aqua Mix Independent Care and Maintenance Applicator Program, a nationwide network of factory trained applicators. She will also be responsible for conducting product knowledge courses at distributor locations. Alcaino-Toms has 14 years of experience at Aqua Mix in both sales and technical training.

Rick Fox has joined the Aqua Mix technical service department as technical service representative. He will be responsible for fielding technical service calls on product specifications and usage, job site inspections and working closely in the field with professional applicators. Fox's tile industry experience and commitment to service will greatly benefit Aqua Mix, according to the company.
