KENT, WA - Flow International Corp. has announced that Ron Tarrant has stepped down as chairman, CEO and board member. Tarrant announced his intention to retire in August. He will continue to serve as president, focusing on customers, sales and marketing, until the position of president and CEO is filled. The company has been working with SpencerStuart executive search firm and expects to hire a successor by the end of the year.
