Carter Products now offers the Runner, a compact, powerful, line laser that provides maximum durability and brightness at a very cost-effective price, according to the company. The Runner is only 8 inches long by 1 3â„4 inches in diameter, yet it offers power output levels from 5-30mW, which allows the user to achieve line lengths and brightness levels that will be visible even under difficult lighting conditions. Asymmetrical optics maintain uniform line brightness and width even when mounted at an angle to the work surface. The Runner's fully insulated internal construction assures the user of performance even under situations of heavy vibration, moisture or dust. It also runs efficiently at a wide variety of input voltages, from 85-265V.
