Tyrolit Vincent is now offering a comprehensive range of fickert resins for polishing granite in sizes up to 1,200 grain. In addition to providing a quality finish, other advantages of fickert resins include a reduction of machine downtime, reduction of sludge from machining and a lower consumption of electricity, according to the company. Tools with resin binders are able to retain a very fine grain, while maintaining the cutting power, duration and typical characteristics of diamond tools, adding to their cost effectiveness. Tyrolit Vincent produces tools for all machine heads, optimizing all abrasive grain stages for better quality results and better use of existing machinery, according to the company.
