On March 8, 2004, Stone Boss Inc. ceased operating on the West Coast, and all assets of their San Francisco, CA-based company were sold to Keystone Tools, which is also based in California. Stone Boss Inc. of California was a separate corporation from Stone Boss Inc. of New York, and Keystone Tools is not affiliated with Stone Boss Inc. of New York. Keystone Tools has taken over the location and assets, and they have hired several of the employees that were previously employed by Stone Boss of California.

Stone Boss New York has decided to expand in other areas of its business and concentrate on unique opportunities. “We decided to leave the West Coast because we have some big ideas, and we plan to announce some exciting news soon,” said Anthony Banchitta, owner of Stone Boss.
