Designed as a companion product to SurfaceGard[r], the flagship of the TileLab line, OneStep is a powerful, non-acidic and non-abrasive cleaner that kills mold and mildew, yet is gentle enough for everyday use in both residential and commercial settings, according to its manufacturer. It contains a small amount of the SurfaceGard formula in order to further protect and maintain tile and stone surfaces already treated with SurfaceGard. With each use, OneStep extends and enhances the appearance of an installation.

In addition to introducing OneStep, Custom has made enhancements to the TileLab line, including new packaging and simplified product categories. Products are now color-coded to identify their specific use. For example, products with gray packaging are designed specifically for the care and protection of stone surfaces. Grout and tile care products now have yellow packaging, while the SurfaceGard line retains its familiar green bottle. Labels are also color coded within each category to further define uses at a glance, and have been improved to enhance readability and communicate product attributes quickly and easily.
