Akemi North America has developed a new polyester that uses the company's patented “seamless technology,†while also letting the stoneworker control the consistency of the mixture. Rapid stirring makes Thixo flow while slower stirring returns the mixture to a knife-grade consistency, all during the same job. Uneven seams and larger repairs are no longer a problem. Thixo is available in colors, with or without ground stone dust.
