Ghines is now offering the Sector Triplespeed, an electronic portable shape-milling machine with three rotation speeds. The shaping and polishing process is realized into a number from five to seven phases, depending on the type of material being handled.
The three different tool rotation speeds can be set through the S1, S2 and S3 push buttons: maximum speed (10000 rpm) - stock removal and finishing of natural materials (marble, granite); intermediate speed (6000 rpm) - stock removal and finishing of any type of synthetic material; minimum speed (2600 rpm) - polishing of both natural and synthetic materials by vulcanized Ghinestools wheels.
The Sector Triplespeed exploits the properties of every single tool to their maximum, and works on any material (the diffusion of synthetic materials makes an intermediate speed necessary, so that the resin-bonded components are not made opaque).
This simple process keeps the same schedule and works on “simple†profiles (full bullnose, bird's beck, etc.) and on more complex shapes and edges.
