On August 4, Breton S.p.A, announced the acquisition of the whole Bideseimpianti division from Bidese Group, and it signed an equal, synergic participation agreement with the other company of the Bidese Group, Boart & Wire, a leading manufacturer of diamond wires. Bidese will continue providing their professional support to the companies of the group.
