Mark Shannon has been named Executive Vice President of Sales, and his responsibilities have expanded to include the oversight of marketing. "Our goal is to increase synergy between strategic sales and strategic marketing, which will ultimately foster greater success for both Crossville and its customers," said John E. Smith, Crossville's President and CEO. "Shannon, a Crossville veteran, has the leadership and management skills to make this happen."
Dewayne Galey has been named Executive Vice President, CFO of Crossville, Inc. His areas of responsibility include finance, IT and the Crossville Tile & Stone distributor locations. "Galey has been responsible for Crossville Tile & Stone since Crossville opened its first distributor location almost a decade ago," said Smith. "However, Crossville Tile & Stone has grown rapidly with the recent acquisition of 10 locations of Master Tile's Building Products division in Texas and Oklahoma -- added to Crossville's initial acquisition of Master Tile's Eastern division locations in Central Florida in 2010 as well as previously acquired locations in North Carolina and Alabama. Galey will now oversee a total of 21 Crossville Tile & Stone locations, in addition to his finance and IT responsibilities.
"The expansion of Crossville Tile & Stone has increased Crossville's product requirements, which has resulted in the need for Frank Douglas, Vice President of Business Development, to focus on product acquisition, vendor relations and new business development for both Crossville, Inc. and Crossville Tile & Stone," Smith went on to say.
Now celebrating its 25th anniversary, Crossville, Inc. manufactures award-winning Porcelain Stone® and Design Solutions™ tile, and Natural Stone Collections for both residential and contract applications.
