With a foundation at a major distributor in showroom design and architectural sales, followed by an apprenticeship under European master tile-setters, and finally consulting on product design and master specifications with manufacturers, Fasan has a unique command of all aspects of the ceramic tile industry.
He regularly conducts seminars at design firms and trade shows through his company Professional Attention to Tile Installationsand also participates in BCIT's Interior Design Bachelors curriculum introducing future interior designers to the characteristics and technical advantages of ceramic and porcelain tile. In 2012, Fasan was invited as a guest lecturer at Harvard's Graduate School of Design.
