JACKSON, MS -- Effective January 3rd, 2017, National Tile Contractors Association (NTCA) will welcome two uniquely talented individuals to the association staff. Allison Morris, who will work out of NTCA’s Mississippi office, will become the association’s full-time advertising, marketing and public relations specialist and social media manager.
Morris is energetic and professional, and is finishing her master’s degree in marketing and communications at Mississippi College. In her previous position, she was the director of public relations for Hinds Community College and their six campuses. This is a significant upgrade to the NTCA staff. She will attend shows like Coverings to help NTCA increase its social media presence and hold press conferences.
In addition, NTCA has come to an agreement to hire Amber Fox as the new Five Star program director for the association. She is the daughter of Five Star contactor member John Wirtz in San Diego, CA. Fox will work out of the San Diego area, and will oversee the growth and development of this outstanding program. She has a highly respected reputation as a passionate advocate of professional tile contracting. For the past several years, she has been an executive assistant to the president of a large electrical contracting firm, and has added this experience to a strong knowledge of tile contracting. She will work closely with the NTCA staff, as well as its Five Star contractor members to grow the NTCA program on all levels.
