A growing design trend in tile is the demand for more linear planks instead of traditional square-sized tiles. Mohawk’s newest tile collections feature sizes such as 12"x24" and 6½"x38", along with a multitude of shapes and sizes in its Accent Statements collection.
“Our focus on fashion and design will give consumers the ability to craft sophisticated, unforgettable tile floors with ease,” said Tammy Brogan, Mohawk’s director of its hard surface brand. “Our newest collections consist of the popular styling of longer, linear plank designs, an array of finish options and high-end color palettes featuring shades of blue and gray to offer a very upscale lavish feel.”
The new collections include: Amelia Manor, Donovan Manor; Bartlett; Marianna; and Accent Statements.
Imported from Italy, Amelia Manor is a wood-look tile in in both high-gloss and matte finish options. Donovan Manor ceramic collection is a combination of rustic and refined natural wood looks. With a modern flair and unmatched realism, Bartlett porcelain tile offers a limestone aesthetic enhanced with vein-cut visuals and linear movement. Marianna is a natural stone-look tile in in both gloss and soft satin finish options inspired by large marble paneling. Accent Statements features patterns such as Diamond Cut, Linear Random, Finesse Stone, Hex Cut, Rain Drop and many other unique shapes and colorways.
