Full-body sintered stone by Lapitec has been announced as the winner of the Kitchen Countertops category in the 2018 edition of the German Design Award. The judges selected the six veined Arabescatos in the Lux, Satin, and Lithos finishes submitted by the company as an example of Excellent Product Design.

The German Design Award is a highly-renowned international prize, celebrating excellence in the product design field since 2012. In 2017, a total of 5000 projects were submitted.
