A leader in waterjet technology for 30 years, Baca Systems offers the Robo SawJet system – one of the most reliable and compact cutting solutions in the industry. Robo SawJet produces the highest yield and highest production capacity by combining the speed of saw cutting with the flexibility of abrasive waterjet. Baca Systems also offers the FlexJet 5 axis waterjet system for processing ultra-compact materials. FlexJet offers traditional 60k high pressure or optional 90k ultra high pressure for faster travel speeds. The system can cut inside miters/arcs up to 60 degrees, and offers the fastest speeds in the industry for processing ultra-compact materials.
Breton
Since its 2013 release, Breton’s Combicut DJNC550 is the world’s first five-axis bridgesaw waterjet, offered in single or double tank and worktop exchange configurations. The machine features massive upper gantry construction fully protecting the motion components from the water and dust and an enormous pivot mounted “fork” type of head fully supporting the spindle even while inclined. The signature mass is equaled by its performance employing a patented waterjet head tilting precisely on plane with the blade for true blade/jet kerf alignments. It is ideal for medium to high complexity layouts and the hardest natural stone through modern ceramics.
CMS
The Aquatec is the most exciting new addition to CMS’s line of CNC machinery for the stone fabrication industry. This machine is equipped with the most advanced five-axis waterjet head in the business. Utilizing IKC kerf compensation technology, every cut comes out at the exact angle that it has been programmed to be. This machine can produce perfect miters that are ready to glue and true perpendicular cuts to make downstream edge finishing a breeze. Paired with CMS’s new servo powered Green Jet intensifier pump this machine takes stone machining to an entirely new level.
Flow International Corp
The Mach 200 is specifically engineered to deliver value, reliability and performance. The system is purposefully crafted to be a practical and flexible waterjet solution, featuring tried and true genuine Flow technology. Get capabilities reserved for elite waterjet systems with the Mach 200 — where value meets performance. With the Mach 200, Flow has introduced revolutionary cutting head technology: Pivot+™ Waterjet for bevel cutting and taper control. Latest generation FlowXpert® CAD/CAM software available with the Mach 200 is capable of designing complete 3D models and assemblies while calculating optimum cutting paths.
Intermac
The Primus 322 is a complete waterjet cutting system available in three-axis or five-axis along with a single or dual head. This feature-rich machine comes equipped with a stainless steel tank that is unique to the industry and protects against rust. With standard proportional control, the possibility of mechanical shock is eliminated and garnet flow is carefully regulated to prevent waste. This is vitally important as garnet represents 40% of the total cost in operating machines with the high-abrasion process. The Primus waterjet is utilizing the same user-friendly CAD/CAM software as the Master Series.
Northwood Machine
Northwood Robotic and 3-axis Saw Jets are an industry leader in stone cutting. Each Northwood series features KMT pumps, Fanuc Servos and other industry-leading components. These features give you the most reliable technology and service on the market. Northwood RSJ and SJ127 machines come with a saw and waterjet as a standard and can be ordered as a single or double tank.
Omag
Omag S.p.A introduces its new line of waterjet machines, the Water 3 (three-axis) and Water 5 (five-axis) models. Both incorporate the latest in waterjet technology with the ability to cut pieces with more complexity and greater thickness than previously allowed by this type of machinery. The machines incorporate new probing technology to automatically measure the thickness, as well as unevenness in the material, while providing a clean and accurate cut. They use new anti-collision software to prevent colliding with any previously cut pieces that have been raised against the slab surface because of the back flow of the water. Both models are available with a new oversized tilting table option for easier loading of material on the machines.
Park Industries
The Saberjet pairs the latest sawjet technology with the most affordable price. It is a sawjet that can miter with both the blade and waterjet. The Saberjet has one of the largest bi-directional work envelopes of vertical and mitered cutting available on the market. Its compact design, monoblock structure and small footprint are ideal for today’s fabrication shop. Three tank options are available, including the patent-pending slab loader, ballast or standard tank. The Saberjet is designed for maximum shop efficiency and material yield.
Prussiani
The Cut & Jet 5 - Shuttle version boast a robust five-axis saw, along with a five-axis waterjet head. It is a high-production system that allows for a 40% increase in productivity over traditional two-table designs. It is available in three versions: single table, dual table and shuttle design. All are equipped with Prussiani’s patented “Cut & Move system,” three-year warranty and the company’s uncompromised American service. Prussiani is based near Bergamo, Italy, and is represented by Prussiani USA LLC headquartered in Saint Louis, MO.
Salem Stone
The Denver Aqua, from Salem Stone, is a versatile and high-performance waterjet cutting machine. Featuring three and five interpolated axes with brushless movement and two available workbench sizes, it performs fast and precise cuts. Axes strokes are on high precision guide-ways with helical teeth rack and pinion transmission, and auto-lubricated by a centralized pump. It features two mini-hoppers for consistent abrasive delivery, one for high-pressure cutting and one for low-pressure piercing, allowing easy, fast changeover and reliable performance every time. At the heart of the Denver Aqua waterjet is a world-renowned American-made Hypertherm HyPrecision HP pump with Advanced Intensifier Technology (AIT).
Techni Waterjet
TechniWaterjet machines are the preferred cutting tool for stone fabricators processing modern surface products such as Dekton, Neolith or Maximum Fiandre – often called Ultra Compact Surfaces (UCS) materials.
These extraordinary materials are extremely difficult to fabricate when using traditional cutting tools, yet are no match for the Techjet 4100 system combined with Techni’s 5 Axis PAC-60TM cutting head and ESP66 pump. This stone powerhouse system provides an all-around solution for effortlessly cutting any shape, including accurately mitered edges at impressive, time and money-saving speeds.
