The patented, Lapitec induction hob has been awarded the prestigious Archiproducts Design Award (ADA). Developed in collaboration with the University of Padua, in Italy, the project consists of an induction hob that is fitted directly under the kitchen worktop: a technological innovation that combines beauty and function, for an extremely practical, high-tech kitchen.
Gino Sartor, sales area manager, stated: “This award is a great achievement that we are very proud of, because it recognizes the extensive research we put into innovation and our material. In fact, the specifications of Lapitec full-body sintered stone make it a go-to, leading-edge solution for the kitchen sector. We invest heavily in innovation and all our surfaces, worktops, and wall coverings are designed with an eye to the future.”
But the Archiproducts Design Award is not the only award the company has won in the past two years. In fact, in 2017, Lapitec received the German Design Award, while this year they also took home the Plus X Design and Iconic Award, as well as the Mediastars award for the Nero Assoluto and Bianco Assoluto advertising campaign, created with the Gruppo icat communication and marketing agency.
