HILTON HEAD ISLAND, S.C. - StoneWorks is pleased to announce the hiring of Max A. “Andy” Johnson as the company’s new Chief Executive Officer. Johnson brings over two decades of leadership experience and business management to the team.
Previously, Johnson began his career manufacturing and distribution business based in South Carolina. Over the course of 22 years with that company, Johnson built his career serving in various roles from Staff Accountant to President. In 2015, Johnson founded BottomLine Development Group, a business strategy firm in Camden, South Carolina. He has a Bachelor’s degree in business from Presbyterian College.
“I am certain that with Andy’s leadership and exemplary business skills we will take our company to new heights,” says John Baltzegar, owner and founder of StoneWorks. “We are excited to see what the future holds.” John Baltzegar will continue in daily operations serving as Chairman of the Board and Business Development.
Johnson lives on Hilton Head Island with his wife, Holly. His son is a senior at The Citadel and his daughter is a freshman at Clemson University. In his free time, Johnson enjoys running marathons and exploring all the charming towns that South Carolina has to offer.
