The Nittany Lion Shrine, monument not only to the school but also to the permanence of Indiana limestone, recently celebrated its 75th anniversary as an iconic campus landmark at Pennsylvania State University.
With an expanded program that connects the stone industry with sculpture and design, the biennial CarraraMarmotec exhibition took place from May 19 to 22 in the historic stoneworking center of Carrara, Italy.
