Rack Engineering Division, a manufacturer of heavy-duty storage solutions and material handling products recently released information about the newest addition to their product offering, the Vertical Slab Storage unit.

GranQuartz recently moved one of its stores from its previous Chicago location to a 35,000-square-foot space in Elk Grove Village, IL. This new facility is a little over a mile from its former site where it had been for more than 15 years and it is approximately three-and-a-half times larger.

The Natural Stone Institute has released a new safety checklist designed to help fabricators prepare for an OSHA inspection. Titled “Be Prepared for an OSHA Inspection,” this document contains a summary of the most frequently cited standards following inspections of fabricator worksites by OSHA.
