With a unique curved stone exterior, the Center for the Arts at New Mexico State University (NMSU) in Las Cruces, NM, was designed to achieve LEED credit and to create cohesion among the school’s art facilities.

A large group of fabricators came together to participate in a Fabricator Forum at Coverings in Las Vegas, NV, this past spring. The discussion covered everything from pricing to overtime for employees to fabricating some of the latest products such as porcelain slabs.

The last few weeks I have been busy traveling. One of my stops was to the MIA/Stone World Stone Summit in Dulles, VA, which was hosted by MS International at its showroom/ warehouse facility.
