The Women in Stone webinar scholarship was created to help women advance their careers in the stone industry through education. It supports the program's mission to recruit, retain and advance women in the stone industry.
The program will bring stone summits to 10 cities, and will feature three distinct educational topics: stone shop administration, stone shop management and marketing success for fabricators. Each event will also feature the popular Fabricator Forum, which is newly redesigned to encourage more interaction and active participation.
Taking place November 3 to 5, and education November 2 to 5, at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, FL, East 2015 will be the industry's end of year opportunity to build partnerships, find products and services and close deals.
The Kansas City Stone Industry Education event is starting soon and Stone World magazine is excited to be with a great crowd of fabricators already networking with suppliers and vendors before the event.

The event was held at Mondial Granite & Marble (owned by the Caruso Group) and offered attendees a variety of opportunities for education and networking.
After an interactive morning session led by Tony Malisani, the MIA/Stone World education seminar being held today at American Granite Co. in Elk Grove Village, IL, continues into the afternoon with a Fabricator Forum.
